Alpha FitT Hardcore Training® GEAR is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality fitness apparel on the market. We hope that every customer who orders our clothing is completely satisfied with the quality of the screen printed logos and materials.
However, we are also customers and understand that clothing merchandise can be damaged during the packing and delivery process. If you do receive an Alpha FitT Hardcore Training® GEAR clothing item you are not completely satisfied with, we will gladly provide you with the following options:
- Replace the purchased item with a similar item or similar cost item(any color/size of your choice)
- Replace the item with another item at a lower cost (refund the customer the difference) or higher cost (customer will pay the difference between the cost of the original and new item)
- Refund the customer the total cost of the item (excluding original delivery cost)
All returned Alpha FitT Hardcore Training® GEAR merchandise must be in store bought condition. Customer must also submit an exchange or refund request no later than 7 days after receiving the item.
In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.
Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If an incorrect item was shipped, or products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.

- Customers can generate a return shipping label right on our website using the Integrate the USPS Returns® tool located on our website.
- We will create a return shipping label and send it to the customer via email, fax, or mail.
